Payments are securely processed via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Your payment information is handled in accordance with Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

We are committed to client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 14 days of the start of the service period. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and may be prorated based on work already completed.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the effectiveness of our services, clients agree to:

• Provide necessary access to their website, including administrative and/or server access as needed.
• Respond to communications from Norvexic in a timely manner to facilitate smooth service delivery.

4. Liability and Disclaimers

Norvexic strives to deliver the highest quality SEO services. However, due to the nature of search engine algorithms and external factors beyond our control, we do not guarantee specific results. Clients acknowledge that:

• SEO results may vary, and no guarantees are made regarding specific rankings or outcomes.
• Norvexic is not responsible for any penalties, de-indexing, or other actions taken by search engines.

5. Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments will be settled based on the services provided up to the termination date. If the client terminates the service before the end of a paid period, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, and materials produced by Norvexic as part of our SEO services remain the intellectual property of Norvexic until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of these materials transfers to the client. However, Norvexic retains the right to use any non-confidential work for portfolio or marketing purposes.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

Norvexic is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information or proprietary data shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing SEO services. 8. Changes to the Terms of Service

Norvexic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or a notice on our Website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
